    How To Use

    As Vaginal Moisturizer:

    Apply a pea amount on your finger and massage your vulvar tissues including your inner and outer labia (the folds of skin around the vagina).

    As Personal Lubricant:

    Apply 1-2 pumps where extra moisture is needed. Intended to moisturize your body to comfort intimate activity and supplement the body's natural lubrication. Reapply as needed.

    As Massage Gel:

    Apply a generous amount for self lymphatic massage in the groin area. Start with a light massage of the abdominal and pelvis using circular motions starting at the belly button, then working your way outward. Move down to the bikini or groin area with light pressure using fingers and palms, and brush upwards towards the abdomen. Recommended to repeat at least 10 minutes for lymph drainage. *Light pressure is enough for lymph massage because the lymphatic system is close to the surface of the skin.
